How will my package arrive, will I receive a tracking number?

The carrier does vary depending on what you order. Some items are shipped straight from me and come USPS. Backdrops and floordrops ship via UPS. You will receive a shipping and tracking notification via PayPal.

My shipped cost seems a little high, is this right?

Calculating an accurate shipping cost can get a little tricky with items of this size, weight, and shape; especially when ordering several floor mats or floor mats with backdrops. Also, keep in mind that floordrops are a bit heavy. Now if your actual shipping ends up being $2 or more under the amount charged I will gladly refund you the difference.

What size backdrop or floordrop is best for me?

Wrinkle resistent fabric backdrops are available in 2 sizes, 60x50 and 80x60. The smaller size is perfect for newborns, babies, and kids. The large size really accommodates everyone, it's large enough to even fit a family if they are in a sitting pose.

Floordrops are also available in 2 sizes, 5'x5' and 7'x5'. The smaller size is perfect for newborns, babies, and kids. The large size really accommodates everyone, it's large enough for multiple kids and can even fit a family! 

The larger sizes are going to be more versatile and are the better bang for your buck!

What orientation are the backdrops printed?

The backdrops are printed horizontally, meaning they are wide. So the first number in the size (60x50) is the width measurement.

I see two different design images for each backdrop, what is this for?

Since I offer two different sizes with my backdrops, instead of just stretching the design to be larger to fit a larger drop, I actually provide more of the original design. So the design itself is sized the same regardless of what size drop you select.

Will the drop look exactly like the design image?

The actual printed product will be very similar to the actual design image. Now due to the calibration of the display you are using to view my designs it may very slightly. Also, since they are being printed on a fabric like material it will not have the exact sharpness you see in the design example.

Are there going to be more designs in the future?

Oh yes!! We have just opened shop and I am 100% dedicated to creating new designs and keeping it fresh! I am even open to custom work!

If I order a wood designed fabric backdrop and wood designed floordrop mat will they match?

They will be very similar. Due to the physical differences in the materials printed on they will not be exact. Darker designs will match up almost identically but lighter designs can be slightly different.
